Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product (Design and Delivery) located in Miami, FL. The Head of Product will be responsible for leading product strategy, overseeing market research, and managing product design and delivery processes. Daily tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing product performance, and ensuring products meet market demands. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to drive product vision and execution.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product design, and/or delivery roles, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional product teams with direct reports across design and delivery functions.
• Proven ability to launch complex digital products from ideation to scale.
• Strong understanding of user experience design, systems thinking, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience with regulated environments (FDA, HIPAA, CLIA) strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in design, engineering, business, or health-related field a plus.
