Position Summary
We’re seeking a
highly creative and data-driven Digital Content Creator (Graphic Design + Video Content) to lead the development and execution of compelling digital content across digital platforms. This position will
apply art, design, and copy layout skills in graphic design to create visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials. In video content creation, this role blends
storytelling, technical production expertise, and performance marketing concepts to produce digital & video assets that build brand equity and drive measurable results. From idea to optimization, you’ll be responsible for the

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Collaborates with client, manager, and/or other project participants to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message.
- Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.
- Chooses graphics, clip art, and stock photography, as appropriate; may enhance choices with simple drawings.
- Selects fonts for written copy; produces sample layout for approval by client or other project participants.
- Prepares drafts of design work and provides samples for review.
- Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
- Prepares print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.
Video Content
- Launch and scale performance-driven campaigns that boost awareness, generate leads, and drive conversion
- Align creative execution with marketing funnel goals and campaign messaging
- Monitor evolving ad platform trends, policies, and best practices to keep content fresh and compliant
Storytelling & Production
- Conceptualize and pitch story-driven ideas for product, brand, and customer narratives
- Plan, storyboard, and script video shoots with clear creative direction
- Manage all pre-production logistics: scheduling, talent coordination, location scouting, gear prep
- Execute shoots, directing on-set with full control over camera, lighting, and audio
- Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, animation, sound design, and captions
- Export and format final videos for diverse platforms and formats with proper aspect ratios and resolution
Performance & Optimization
- Collaborate to implement conversion tracking strategies (e.g., UTM, Google Tag Manager, attribution models)
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, Video Views, etc.
- Optimize creative assets including thumbnails, video hooks, and copy based on performance insights
- Maintain organized media libraries and version-controlled assets for repurposing and internal use
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain a high standard of creative output
- Write short-form copy (e.g., headlines, CTAs, captions) to accompany videos when needed
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Multimedia, or related fields is preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and multimedia experience, preferably with CPG design and digital marketing as well as managing high-budget, multi-channel digital campaigns, video production and editing
- Experience managing performance-based digital video campaigns across multiple platforms
- Proficient in design software and technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Sketch, and other graphic design and video editing software.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and digital.
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong camera, lighting, and sound experience for both studio and field production
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing principles including paid/organic synergy
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and how to act on them
- Excellent storytelling, editing, copywriting, and feedback integration skills
- Extremely organized, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-moving environment
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness sectors
