We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Sales Specialist to help us expand our footprint in the U.S. market.

Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Sales Specialist, you will drive adoption of PX6’s solutions by connecting with clinics, healthcare providers, and patients. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and guide prospective clients through our suite of digital health and care coordination services. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup, shape our sales strategy, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage U.S.-based clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote PX6 solutions.
Present PX6’s service offerings, including virtual clinic platforms, patient engagement tools, medical tourism coordination, and analytics solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the PX6 leadership team to refine sales strategies, pricing, and service packages.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline.
Represent PX6 at industry events, conferences, and webinars as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in digital health, telemedicine, or care coordination solutions.
Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including clinics, hospitals, and patient workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Compensation Structure:

PX6 recognizes the unique opportunities and challenges of joining an early-stage startup. Compensation is designed to reward performance and growth through a phased advancement plan:

Phase 1 – Contingent Pay (Introductory): Directly tied to performance, with lump-sum payouts for each closed account plus equity options.
Phase 2 – Hybrid Model: Introduction of a base hourly rate plus commission and bonuses for closed accounts.
Phase 3 – Full Hourly + Incentives: Transition to full hourly pay supported by performance-based incentives and long-term equity opportunities.
