It offers a curated mix of the latest health trends, expert insights, science-backed tips, recipes, and product recommendations — everything you need to live a healthier, more informed life. Daily Taste, a sub-brand of All Healthy, focuses on nutrition, delivering curated recipes and related articles to help readers build a healthier routine.
About The Role
As the Editorial Assistant, you will play a key supporting role on the editorial team for All Healthy. You'll assist with the day-to-day flow of content across newsletters, articles, and other editorial products. You'll also provide backup coverage when editors are out. Responsibilities include drafting and editing copy, fact-checking, curating content, and more. You'll also help with administrative tasks such as uploading content to Airtable, tracking assignments, updating databases, and helping with QA for campaigns.
This is a part-time role to start (20 hours per week) with the potential to move into a full-time position within a year. This is a highly collaborative role where attention to detail and flexibility are essential. You'll work closely with the Editor of All Healthy, and cross-functionally with the Campaign Management team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will be accountable for...
- Editorial support. Assist editors with writing, copyediting, and fact-checking for newsletters, articles, and other editorial products, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Backup coverage. Step in to help manage daily editorial workflows when editors are out, including curating content, drafting copy, and reviewing campaigns
- Curation & production. Support in selecting, formatting, and preparing content for email, with attention to brand voice and style guidelines
- Administrative support. Help streamline processes by uploading content to Airtable, updating databases, tracking assignments, and assisting with campaign sending
- Quality assurance. Review newsletters, articles, and social copy for accuracy, grammar, and tone, ensuring content meets deadlines and editorial standards
Qualifications
You're a great fit if you have...
- 1-4 years of experience in an editorial, content, or communications role at a digital publisher, university newsroom, or similar environment
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, longevity, and wellbeing-focused content
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to brand voice and style across newsletters, social, and other formats
- Familiarity with editorial workflows, including content management systems (WordPress and Airtable), email newsletters, and social media
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Collaborative and dependable, with a willingness to provide backup support and assist across editorial and administrative tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
- A proactive, flexible, and low-ego work style — you're eager to help where needed and thrive in a supportive role
