Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct high-quality software demonstrations to showcase product capabilities to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Lead a team of sales professionals; recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and challenges.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong technical acumen with extensive experience conducting software demonstrations.
- Experience in leading a sales team with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare systems and their procurement processes.
- Experience with CRM software, sales management tools, and demo software.
