Job description:
The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company`s operational functions, optimise performance, and ensure seamless delivery of their solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership:
• Design, implement, and oversee operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support clients` growth and quality business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional workflow and reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.
• Driving scalability and efficiency in operations to support rapid growth and expanding customer needs.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plans.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and operational improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to workflows.
• Support the successful design and implementation of pathways to international markets.
- Team Management and Development:
• Build, lead and mentor high-performing teams across operations, customer support, and project delivery functions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase the company’s solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Financial and Operational Efficiency
