Job Summary:
The IT Leader primarily manages Plethy’s Internal Systems and Services, as well as certain third party vendors who provide supporting services. Microsoft systems and services, including user accounts, security, and licenses within platforms like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD. Additionally, responsible for managing all third-party platforms and services. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, managing user access, and ensuring compliance for services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
The role will also include managing security compliance, process compliance (such as training), documentation and quality measures that are necessary to maintain industry certifications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage the M365 Admin Center with primary focus on user management, email, Teams, and SharePoint
· Assist with implementing and managing technology solutions enabled by Recupe including Tellescope, 8x8, Active Cypher, etc.
· Implement and manage security solutions, including identity protection and threat management using tools like Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Entra ID.
· Manage tenant-level operations, coordinating across workloads (like SharePoint, Exchange, Teams), and implementing security and compliance solutions.
· Deploy, configure, and manage devices and client applications using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
· Implement BYOD and MDM policies for company devices. Maintain a comprehensive asset management policy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, Active Directory, Azure AD, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
· Experience managing 10 or more platforms or services.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.
· Proficient knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, pivot tables, V-Lookup, macros, and formulas
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
· Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team setting, possess a problem-solving mindset
· Able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Strong Technical background, bachelor’s degree Required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT. Either as an administrator or manager. Experience in Healthcare is a plus. Strong awareness of Privacy and security requirements in Healthcare.
