Our client, a publicly listed leader in enterprise AI is expanding its U.S. sales team and hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across the healthcare sector. With cutting-edge expertise in generative AI, orchestration, governance, and enterprise advisory, the company empowers organizations to securely integrate AI into mission-critical operations—delivering scale, compliance, and measurable ROI across regulated industries.
The Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for net-new revenue growth across healthcare providers, payers, PBMs, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and life sciences. This is a hunter role, focused on winning new logos, building executive-level relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals that transform how healthcare organizations leverage AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving acquisition across hospitals, health systems, payers, PBMs, pharma, biotech, and life sciences organizations.
- Using personal executive networks to build pipeline and accelerate revenue.
- Applying AI knowledge to workflows such as clinical operations, payer back office, PBM optimization, pharma R&D, and biotech data management.
- Leveraging AI-driven sales tools for ICP definition, persona mapping, outreach, and acceleration.
- Leading full-cycle enterprise sales with methodologies including MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, and Miller Heiman.
- Building and expanding relationships with C-level leaders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CAIO, CMIO, CFO, Compliance/Security).
- Partnering with channels and alliances, and representing the company at major healthcare and AI industry events.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B software (Ai, SaaS) sales experience
- Strong technical foundation in AI, ML, data, cloud, and healthcare systems.
- Proven success selling into Epic, Cerner, RCM, PBM, or compliance-driven environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2).
- Experience will also be considered from financial services, manufacturing, logistics, retail/CPG, energy & utilities, telco, public sector, and media/tech sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
- Practitioner-level proficiency in enterprise methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
- Multiple AI-related certifications preferred.
- Degree education and a track record of $6 figure deal wins in software would be advantageous.
