- $22 per hour starting rate
- Earn base pay + upwards of $10,000 - $15,000 in additional incentives for meeting performance targets

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
- Navigate prospects and leads through the enrollment process, educating them about Medicare and helping them connect with the right plan.
- Listen to needs of our prospects and provide clear, accurate explanations of Medicare plans and rules to help customers make informed decisions.
- Engage primarily in outbound calls to connect with prospective customers, with some inbound call handling as needed. Based on prior experience and performance, there may be opportunities to get hired or transition into an inbound-only campaign.
- Stay positive, professional and motivated, even when a customer says “no.”
- Keep accurate notes and records of all calls and sales activities.
- Meet biweekly sales goals and follow company quality standards.
- Use computer tools to manage customer information and enrollments.
- Take control of your success and sales career by remaining open to feedback and new tools, while continuously improving your sales skills.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of AEP Medicare sales experience required.
- Active Health Insurance license required.
