As our
Marketing Web & Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how Healthspan communicates with the world.
This role is perfect for a creative thinker who loves developing innovative marketing campaigns and crafting visually compelling designs. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure Healthspan’s brand identity is consistent, engaging, and memorable across all touchpoints. From brainstorming big ideas to designing campaigns that connect emotionally with patients, your work will have a direct impact on our mission to enhance the lives of people everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Campaign Ideation: Collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll brainstorm and develop innovative campaigns designed to resonate with target owners. From translating big ideas into actionable visuals to ensuring messaging consistency across platforms, your creativity will drive meaningful engagement - You’ll be responsible to develop and execute compelling concepts and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Staying ahead of industry and design trends will be critical to crafting fresh and impactful campaigns that inspire action.
Marketing Asset Design: You’ll design a variety of engaging assets for different channels, including social media, email, website banners, print materials, and digital ads. Your role will also involve developing reusable templates to streamline future content creation. If you bring experience in video or motion graphics, you’ll have opportunities to create dynamic multimedia content to further enhance Healthspan’s marketing efforts.
Website & Digital Design: Collaborate with the web development team to design user-friendly web pages, landing pages, and digital interfaces that align with Healthspan’s branding. Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile users. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) of Healthspan’s website by integrating modern web design principles and best practices.
Cross-Channel Marketing Execution: Your work will contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that span digital and print platforms. This includes designing and supporting promotional materials for product launches, sales events, and educational resources. Understand and implement A/B testing mechanisms on Meta and other platforms to optimize creative performance.
Collaboration & Strategy: You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure that visuals align with strategic goals and enhance the overall customer journey. Presenting ideas and designs effectively will be an essential part of your role, allowing you to incorporate feedback and refine creative outputs for the best possible results.
Market & Audience Insights: Understanding the needs, behaviors, and preferences of target audience will be central to your success. You should be able to monitor and interpret key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to refine creative strategies.
Think Outside the Box: Bring innovative, forward-thinking ideas to the table, breaking traditional molds to achieve impactful results.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
Brand Development & Maintenance: As the Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll ensure all marketing materials align with Healthspan’s established brand identity and guidelines. You’ll play a key role in evolving and refining the visual identity to maintain consistency and appeal across all platforms. This includes creating brand assets like logos, icons, and style guides to ensure that Healthspan’s messaging remains cohesive and compelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, marketing, or web design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, successful marketing campaigns, and web design projects.
- Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (but not required).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and UX/UI principles.
- Experience with website optimization, including designing for fast load times and accessibility compliance.
- Ability to design and execute creative experiments, such as testing new content formats, visual styles, or messaging strategies.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptability to quickly shift focus between design tasks, campaign ideation, and web projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web design or front-end tools (e.g., HTML/CSS knowledge).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights to understand campaign performance.
