We are looking for a Medical Director (Psychiatrist) with extensive experience in ADHD treatment to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in patient care.
As the Medical Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and guiding the strategic direction of our ADHD-focused mental health services. Requirements:
- Board-Certified Psychiatrist with an active medical license in the U.S. (multi-state licensure preferred).
- 5+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry, with a strong focus on ADHD treatment.
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting (Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or similar leadership role in mental health or telehealth).
- Telehealth experience preferred – familiarity with virtual care platforms, digital health solutions, and remote patient management.
- Expertise in evidence-based ADHD treatment approaches, including medication management and behavioral interventions.
- Experience working with co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and executive functioning disorders.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to telemedicine and mental health services.
- Experience in developing clinical protocols, quality assurance programs, and compliance initiatives in mental health care.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide clinical teams and optimize patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
- Commitment to patient-centered care with a passion for improving ADHD treatment accessibility.
- Ability to manage and mentor clinicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to monitor and improve clinical outcomes.
- Proficiency in working tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Notion, and professional tools like Intercom, Tableau, Lookerstudi etc.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
