In this dual-capacity position, not only will you be the face and voice that welcomes our patients, but you'll also be an instrumental player in our marketing campaigns. The journey from a patient’s first contact with us to their ongoing relationship, punctuated by your sales and marketing support, will be your canvas. Expect a vibrant blend of client engagement, brand promotion, and a dash of creative marketing magic. What You'll Do:

1. Patient Engagement:

Welcoming Presence: Offer a warm, inviting atmosphere as soon as patients walk through our doors.
Query Handling: Address patient concerns, questions, and provide informative responses to ensure they're well-informed and comfortable.
Appointment Wizardry: Efficiently manage, organize, and schedule appointments to ensure timely service and optimal patient flow.

2. Drive Sales:

Product Mastery: Gain deep knowledge of our products and services, acting as an expert consultant for our clients.
Patient-Centered Selling: Understand patient needs and match them with suitable products or services.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our team to optimize sales techniques and improve client understanding of our offerings.

3. Marketing Magic:

Content Crafting: Develop engaging content for various channels including social media, blogs, and newsletters to connect with our audience.
Social Media Savvy: Monitor, engage, and grow our brand’s online presence, ensuring prompt responses to comments, inquiries, and building a strong digital community.
Marketing Collaboration: An integral piece of the sales & marketing team, sharing ideas and supporting brand growth and visibility campaigns.

4. Consultation Management:

Appointment Conversion: Convert incoming queries into scheduled consultations, reflecting our commitment to service.
Feedback & Follow-Up: Post-consultation, gather feedback to improve patient experience and refine our services.

5. Financial and Administrative Mastery:

Detail Devotion: Showcase your keen eye for details, ensuring every facet of financial and administrative tasks is executed flawlessly.
Billing Brilliance: Process patient transactions with unmatched accuracy, guaranteeing every bill, invoice, and receipt reflects the highest standard of precision.
Administrative Agility: Juggle diverse tasks, from scheduling appointments to managing patient records, demonstrating your proficiency in multitasking.
Record-keeping Rigor: Maintain comprehensive and organized notes on every patient communication, ensuring all interactions are documented for future reference and continuity of care.
Communication Clarity: Ensure all financial and administrative communications are clear, comprehensible, and free from errors, fostering trust and transparency with our patients.

6. Communication Mastery:

Multichannel Proficiency: Efficiently manage communications, be it texts, emails, or calls, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Clear and Concise: Whether it’s relaying patient instructions or detailing our services, ensure information is communicated effectively and understandably.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in hospitality, sales, marketing and/or a customer-centric role.
Associates/Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with healthcare or aesthetics? You’re at an advantage!
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software and social media platforms.
A knack for crafting compelling marketing content (experience in video editing a major plus!)
Ability to juggle tasks, solve problems, and prioritize efficiently.
