The Account Verification Specialist is primarily responsible for welcoming new clients to RXNT and ensuring all the client’s enrollment information is present and accurate. The Account Verification Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding by assisting the onboarding coaches with the initial enrollment process as well as completing account review and verification. The Account Verification Specialist is responsible for general administrative support to the onboarding department throughout the onboarding cycle.

Complete new client enrollment, review, and verification
- Guide new clients through the enrollment process, answering inquiries, and providing information to new clients as they begin the onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve enrollment issues and discrepancies
- Assist in the identification verification process
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text message
- Check onboarding clients’ metrics regularly to ensure clients are fully adopting the software and ready to be transitioned to Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities and documentation
Our Ideal Candidate
- Is organized and has a high level of attention to detail
- Understands the importance of our work and shows empathy towards the customers and patients we support
- Actively seeks to gain new skills in both technical and domain areas
- Works well under pressure and is able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Works effectively in a team setting and independently
- Previous software support and/or training experience is a plus
- Experience with various medical software platforms is a plus
- Medical billing and coding certification is a plus
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher is preferred
- Highly organized and can effectively communicate and execute project plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with computer operating systems and various internet browsers
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
