You’re a proactive, self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’re passionate about healthcare innovation and have a proven track record of driving B2B sales and building long-term relationships with customers. You enjoy being hands-on with clients and helping them succeed while pushing sales goals forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals – primarily with healthcare providers, clinics, and strategic partners
Support onboarding and provide ongoing customer success management to ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and retention
Collaborate with the product and operations team to tailor solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
Track, analyze, and report sales and success metrics using CRM and internal tools
Represent XRHealth in webinars and demos, with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Provide feedback from the field to inform go-to-market strategies and product improvements

Requirements:

3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or customer success, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health
Proven experience working in or with startups
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
A "builder" mindset – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done

Bonus Points:

Experience selling SaaS or medical device products
Background in DME, RTM, or health reimbursement models
Passion for virtual reality or digital therapeutics
