Summary
Oversee all NGS Health Solutions programs supporting contracts around $100 million. Role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring the seamless execution of NGS contracts through effective program management and strategic client engagement.
Position Responsibilities

Overseeing and directing healthcare technology programs within the business area, ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Growing and modernizing the current technology health programs totaling $100 million in contracts.

Serving as the primary liaison with clients, nurturing existing relationships and cultivating partnerships to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.

Engaging directly with Government Project Officers to negotiate contract scope and explore potential expansions in revenue and services.

Setting and achieving annual growth targets to enhance contract value and improve program performance, with a focus on strategic business development.

Supporting new business ventures through bid preparation and implementation of newly acquired contracts.

Leading a team by hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance to achieve program goals.

Traveling as needed to client sites and other relevant locations to maintain and expand business operations.
This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring the seamless execution of NGS contracts through effective program management and strategic client engagement.
Position Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years related CMS operations experience, including minimum of 3 years manager experience in managing complex systems, work flow processes, and associates; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $183,500. to $244,200.
Location: Hybrid In-office 3+ days a week. The ideal candidate will be within a 50-mile commuting distance of an Elevance Health office, preferably in Indianapolis, IN, Woodland Hills, CA, Atlanta, GA, Mason, OH, Norfolk, VA, or Richmond, VA.
