Ubie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts in the US. This role will focus on driving B2C user acquisition (70%) and generating B2B leads (30%) within the pharma marketing and agency sectors. This is a high-impact position reporting directly to the US CEO, offering the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and contribute significantly to the growth trajectory of Ubie and your own career.
Responsibilities
- B2C Growth (70%)
- Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition strategies to increase monthly active users (MAU) across key channels, including social, SEO and content marketing.
- Develop and execute end-to-end consumer marketing campaigns to drive adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling B2C content, including blog posts, infographics, social media assets, website copy, and video content that educates and engages target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior metrics to inform marketing strategy
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the health and wellness space.
- B2B Lead Generation (30%)
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads from pharma marketing and agency sectors, focusing on their specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define target audience segments and develop effective lead nurturing strategies.
- Create compelling B2B marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and presentations, showcasing Ubie's value proposition for potential partners.
- Manage and optimize the lead generation funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Track and report on key B2B pipeline metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and deal closure rates.
- Directly talk to our customers to understand what their problems are.
- Define our product’s value proposition and express it to the stakeholders.
- Marketing Leadership
- Define and own marketing KPIs and budget across channels
- Engage external contractors as needed to support initiatives
- Speak to users directly to understand their problems deeply.
- Refine our product’s value proposition and express it to the stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and growth opportunities, staying ahead of the curve in the evolving digital landscape.
- Track key performance indicators and demonstrate the impact of marketing activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and lead generation in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of growth hacking methodologies and experience with rapid experimentation across various marketing channels.
- Expert knowledge of organic and paid social, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, technology companies or entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial experience

- Ubie's US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $185,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
