- Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
- Willingness to creatively iterate over all aspects of the design process: creating a design concept, preparing rough drafts and presenting new ideas, then amending after stakeholder feedback.
- Expert knowledge of preferred design and graphic editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint skills in design, formatting, and charting.
- Curiosity and interest that keep you up to date on graphics trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- A bonus: You understand video production and can help create video assets for internal and external use.
Performance Skills:
- Proven experience managing and balancing streams of work for multiple projects at the same time, from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills -- verbal, written, interpersonal and inter-departmental -- and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Results-oriented e.g. you do what you say you’ll do, when you say you’ll do it.

- Meticulous attention to detail – no misaligned boundaries or font mismatches escape your eye!
