Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. You will play a crucial role in ensuring events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, logistics, and attendee management.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
Maintain event schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with creating event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
Manage event registration and check-in processes.
Ensure all event supplies and equipment are prepared and available on the event day.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Handle post-event tasks, including follow-up communications and feedback collection.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is preferred but not required.
