Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. You should have an excellent track record selling AOX cases and should know the procedure and sales process like the back of your hand for these types of cases. You should have a proven track record over the last 12 months and should be able to present your sales and case acceptance metrics during the interview.
We are a multi speciality practice that does everything in house. Our AOX program is growing quickly and we aim to do 10-40 arches a month. You should be experienced in planning and selling these large cases. We have a fully digital workflow and new SprintRay 3D printer for same day arch delivery in large cases.

Duties
- Coordinate and schedule patient treatments efficiently
- Utilize Open Dental software for medical scheduling and documentation review
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- In depth knowledge of ADA procedure codes required for every treatment plan
- Use CRM and spreadsheets to track patients and conduct diligent followups
- Make followup calls to patients with outstanding treatment plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in handling patient information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as phone systems and documentation review
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a dental treatment coordinator
- Proficiency in Open Dental software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intimate knowledge of medical procedure codes and scheduling practices
- Familiarity with administrative duties in a healthcare environment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience planning AOX cases
- Have empathy and patience while having difficult conversations with patients
