Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead our strategic efforts across our branch retail network and operational teams. In this pivotal role, you will enhance member experiences while building enduring relationships and developing strategies aimed at improving financial well-being, increasing product adoption, and achieving operational excellence. As a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will foster our organizational culture and drive our overarching strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the branch retail network and departmental sales teams to formulate qualitative and quantitative sales and service strategies, emphasizing the enhancement of member financial health through effective consultation (20%).
- Supervise the wealth management division, ensuring the provision of comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, and wealth management services, while devising strategies for business growth and service enhancement (20%).
- Optimize both physical and digital branch networks to elevate sales performance and meet organizational goals, focusing on increasing member participation and product penetration (20%).
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across all operational sectors, aimed at enhancing efficiency, curtailing costs, and improving service quality while deepening member connections (15%).
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Ensure comprehensive training for staff and provide mentorship to senior leaders, supporting their professional development to meet performance objectives (15%).
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to bolster organizational growth campaigns and achieve annual growth targets (10%).
