Job Summary:

This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals looking to start a career in customer service. You'll gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and develop key skills in a supportive environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

DutiesResponsibilities:

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Set up customer profiles and update records
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Support new customer onboarding and account setup
Maintain digital and physical records
Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and service requests
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform periodic reports and audits
Additional duties as assigned by management

QualificationsSkills:

Entry-level position - no prior experience necessary! Training provided
Comfortable using Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and other software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
