Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the healthcare technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the healthcare industry.
Conduct high-quality software demonstrations to showcase product capabilities to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Lead a team of sales professionals; recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and challenges.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Strong technical acumen with extensive experience conducting software demonstrations.
Experience in leading a sales team with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced knowledge of healthcare systems and their procurement processes.
Experience with CRM software, sales management tools, and demo software.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
