Position Overview:
Sybil Health, an innovative women's health startup, is seeking a dynamic Fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to guide the launch and development of our services focusing on hormonal wellness for women during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. With a revenue-ready platform and a comprehensive strategy in place, we are set to go big—and we’re looking for a visionary CMO to join us in shaping the future of women’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the medical aspects of Sybil Health, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Develop and refine personalized treatment protocols in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Lead the integration of the latest scientific research into practical treatment plans.
- Represent Sybil Health in medical communities, enhancing our visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align medical strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with a valid license to practice in California. Licenses in additional states are a plus.
- Board certification in OB-GYN or related specialties with a focus on women's health.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in women's health.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, telehealth, and digital health innovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external partners.
Compensation:
- Competitive equity compensation package: 5-10% equity + % from telehealth revenue, based on experience and qualifications, with a 6-month trial period and potential for renegotiation.
- The position is fractional; the expected time commitment is flexible and will be discussed further upon interview.
Location:
- Remote, with preference given to candidates with CA & multi-state licenses. The ability to work across multiple states is advantageous.
