Job Summary
Supports and integrates FMOLHS Digital Health strategy, goals and decisions into the day-to-day operations of the department. Assists the senior director by providing operational support, technical input and assistance to all customers in order to identify problems and develop effective solutions. Works with clinic and operational leaders and team members to implement and maintain effective workflows, processes and billing practices to support digital health initiatives. Utilizes project management methodology and best practices to improve individual and organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes. Develops and implements data driven performance improvement methodologies. Maintains accurate records for use in evaluating organizational performance. Identifies ways of improving current services and consults with management on issues and problems.
1. Project Management and Operational Support

- Develops and maintains accurate records and metrics for use in evaluating organizational performance. Provides regular reporting to administrators and leaders related to digital initiative performance and goals.
- Maintains appropriate controls to ensure compliance with Federal/State Regulations and practice policies to include HIPAA, Privacy, Cash Controls, Safe Environment.
- Ensures security, integrity, and privacy of FMOLHS data in conjunction with FMOLHS policies and procedures.
2. Supervisory Duties
- Interviews, coaches, counsels' staff to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to patients. Coordinates with HR and leadership to ensure appropriate staff are hired and that all coaching/counseling is performed within established parameters; in-voluntary terminations are approved by leadership prior to action.
- Trains and holds staff accountable to ensure that all technical support calls are handled within established timeframes and in accordance with established policies.
- Leads and directs the work of team members to meet established goals and objectives, and provide timely and effective service to patients. Provides guidance and support to team members to facilitate effective problem-solving. Reviews staff performance, identifies performance deficits, and implements prudent recommendations that promote staff efficiency. Provides the team with direction and vision and fosters teamwork to create a work culture that values and encourages collaboration. Promotes and encourages the growth and development of staff members.

Job Requirements
- 5 years of digital health experience in a provider organization.
- 4 years of leading projects and supervising multiple employees.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Superior customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of Digital Health technologies, operations and best practices. Good Interpersonal/human relations skills, oral and written communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Good time management/prioritization skills.
