Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Patient Care Coordinator with a strong background in marketing to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will not only provide exceptional patient care coordination but also contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing patient experience, engagement, and retention. This unique position blends administrative, patient care, and marketing responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and drive awareness of our services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receives clients, guests, staff promptly and courteously upon arrival in the office.
- Notifies appropriate personnel of scheduled clients' arrival and appointments to ensure efficient client throughput.
- Accurately generates/processes all office requisitions in a timely fashion.
- Schedule appointments and manages the therapist calendar efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests promptly
- Verify insurance information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement patient-focused marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and print campaigns.
- Monitor and manage online patient reviews, respond to feedback, and promote a positive online reputation for the practice.
- Design and distribute patient engagement materials, such as newsletters, promotional flyers, and educational content.
- Assist with the creation and execution of patient referral programs to increase new patient acquisition.
- Help track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and gather insights to optimize future strategies.
- Organize and support community outreach events, workshops, and health seminars to engage with potential patients.
- Attends staff meetings as requested by upper management
- On a daily basis, both in person and on the phone, consistently demonstrates patient confidentiality as required by our policy.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in patient care coordination, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient care processes, insurance, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage with patients, staff, and external partners effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
- Positive, friendly, and compassionate demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent patient service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
