Care and Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Role)

Bentley Suites is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) providing compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and professional environment. We are seeking a dependable Care and Administrative Assistant for a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities with occasional hands-on care.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant
- Manage daily front office operations, including phones, emails, scheduling, and visitor greetings.
- Conduct tours for potential residents and families, highlighting Bentley Suites’ services.
- Maintain accurate resident records, spreadsheets, and reports (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Prepare and update Habilitation Notes, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate resident appointments, transportation, and activities.
- Document daily activities, progress, and outcomes in digital tracking systems for ALW reporting.
- Maintain accurate charts and data logs to support audits and program compliance.
- Recognize and report physical, emotional, or behavioral changes in residents.
- Encourage community participation and inclusion through structured activities and outings.
- Support residents in achieving habilitation goals through consistent encouragement and reinforcement.
- Implement adaptive tools and behavior management strategies—such as visual schedules, communication boards, or positive reinforcement—tailored to residents’ individual needs.
Care Support
- Assist caregivers with resident mobility and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as needed.
- Offer companionship and monitor residents’ well-being, reporting any changes promptly.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of administrative experience
- 1 or more years in assisted living, skilled nursing, or similar type of facility.
- Strong computer and organizational skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable demeanor.
- Ability to assist residents with standing, sitting, or walking when needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; CNA, DSP, or related training a plus.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must pass background check and health screening prior to hire.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
