Age to Perfection Medical Spa is a fast-paced, high-end medspa known for delivering personalized, results-driven skincare and aesthetic services. As we expand into our beautiful new location, we’re looking for a SHARP, RELIABLE, AND PROACTIVE Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our brand and keep the day running smoothly.

This role is fundamental to the daily operation and success of the Medspa. You are responsible for smooth front office operations and a positive patient experience; working with medical providers in assisting with cosmetic procedures. You will also create a positive, productive team environment in with the highest level of patient care. This position will report directly to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all patients and guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage patient check-in and check-out process.
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using Zenoti software (training provided).
Answer phone and text messages promptly and professionally.
Provide required intake forms, consents, and other documentation to patients.
Accurately process payments and maintain daily financial records in the POS system.
Support medical providers during cosmetic procedures as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and treatment rooms.
Assist with inventory, product restocking, and supply ordering.
Promote services and skincare products, rebook clients, and encourage treatment packages.
Participate in team trainings, events, and occasional off-site promotions or marketing activities.
Contribute to social media or digital outreach (optional but encouraged).

Minimum of 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience in a medspa, salon, or medical office setting

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; Zenoti experience preferred.

Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must be comfortable interacting with clients about aesthetic procedures and services.

Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
