We’re building an elite, in-house marketing department for a national health insurance agency and FMO. Our team already includes top-tier web developers, designers, editors, and media buyers. Now, we’re looking to add a Google PPC & Display expert who can bring strategy, precision, and performance at scale.

This isn’t a typical media buying role — this is for someone who knows how to generate quality traffic nationally, who’s fluent in Google Ads, Display, and multi-state campaign execution, and who thrives in an environment where performance and accountability matter.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and assess media trends.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize media placements.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient purchasing of ad space.
Negotiate contracts with media vendors to secure favorable rates and placements.
Collaborate with the creative team to align messaging with advertising strategies.
Monitor industry developments and emerging trends in media buying and advertising sales.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing insights for future strategies.

Qualifications

You should be someone who:
Has 2–3+ years of experience managing and optimizing large-scale Google PPC campaigns (ideally across 40+ states).
Understands how to blend data with creativity — providing input on ad copy, landing page strategy, and display assets.
Is organized, reliable, and results-driven — a problem solver who doesn’t make excuses.
Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and knows how to collaborate with a talented internal team.

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
