Role Summary
We’re looking for a high-impact, high-energy Vice President of Product Marketing to lead messaging, demand generation, digital marketing, and go-to-market alignment across all SpinSci product lines. You will architect compelling stories, energize our brand across digital and physical channels, and ensure both our direct and partner teams are enabled to win.
This is a builder role—perfect for a driven leader who can move from strategy to execution with speed and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Messaging & Positioning
- Own core messaging, brand voice, and competitive differentiation for all SpinSci offerings.
- Develop value propositions by persona (CIO, CMIO, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Contact Center, etc.).
- Ensure messaging consistency across digital, sales, and partner channels.
2. Website & Content Strategy
- Own and evolve the corporate website as a dynamic storytelling and lead-gen tool.
- Drive SEO, UX, and conversion strategies in partnership with design and development teams.
- Keep product and solution pages fresh, clear, and compelling.
3. Trade Shows, Conferences & Events
- Lead SpinSci’s presence at key healthcare conferences (e.g. ViVE, HIMSS, HFMA, Epic UGM).
- Manage booth design, messaging, demos, speaker opportunities, and follow-up campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product for coordinated event strategy.
4. Collateral Development
- Create and maintain product sheets, customer success stories, battle cards, playbooks, and solution briefs.
- Ensure all assets support different buyer journeys and healthcare personas.
- Lead brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
5. Pricing Strategy
- Partner with Product and Finance to define and evolve packaging and pricing models.
- Support ROI models, deal desk inputs, and tiered pricing for enterprise, mid-market, and channel sales.
6. Demand Generation (Lead to MQL)
- Drive multi-channel campaigns that generate and nurture leads to marketing-qualified status.
- Implement campaign frameworks with email, paid media, webinars, and retargeting.
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICP and scoring models.
7. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Own organic and paid social strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Amplify thought leadership, product launches, and customer stories.
- Track KPIs like engagement, follower growth, and inbound traffic.
8. Sales Enablement
- Equip Sales with competitive intel, objection handling, pitch decks, scripts, and win stories.
- Lead onboarding content for new reps and refresh quarterly battlecards and talk tracks.
- Partner with Sales leaders to identify content gaps and improve close rates.
9. Partner Enablement
- Build co-branded content and joint value messaging for Epic, Cisco, and integration partners.
- Deliver partner playbooks, training materials, and portal assets that accelerate joint GTM success.
- Support SpinSci’s expanding ecosystem of strategic alliances and resellers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product marketing or go-to-market leadership, preferably in digital health, health IT, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success leading messaging and launch strategies across multiple products or business units.
- Strong knowledge of EHR integration (Epic/Cerner), patient engagement, and AI in healthcare.
- Deep experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Outstanding storyteller with an execution mindset and leadership presence.
