A home healthcare organization in Brooklyn, New York is currently seeking a Vice President, Home Care Operations to join their leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, lead multi-site operations, and shape the future of home care delivery.

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000

Responsibilities

The Vice President, Home Care Operations will be responsible for:

Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborating with executive leadership to drive long-term growth, including expansion into new states through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Providing day-to-day oversight of home care services in New York, Westchester, Long Island, and Colorado.
Ensuring seamless coordination across business lines such as NHTD/Waiver, Private Pay, Infusion Nursing, and Private Duty Nursing.
Establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.
Leading audits and ensuring compliance with DOH, CMS, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
Building and mentoring high-performing teams across multiple regions.
Partnering with IT and clinical teams to drive innovation and digital health initiatives.
Collaborating with finance on budgets, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
Proven success managing multi-site and multi-line healthcare services.
Experience with M&A and integration of acquired operations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in home care, nursing, and waiver programs.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to regional offices

Compensation: 200k- 250k
