What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly from first call to final visit
- Explain treatment plans, insurance estimates, and payment options
- Audit schedules and patient accounts daily for accuracy
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator
- Ensure patients stay on track—schedule follow-ups and treatment milestones
- Keep patient records complete, clean, and up to date
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office (admin or coordinator role)
- Solid knowledge of dental insurance and treatment workflow
- Familiarity with software like CareStack, OpenDental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
- Friendly, clear communicator—over the phone and in-person
- Organized, attentive, and reliable
- Self-starter who collaborates well and resolves problems proactively
