The Scheduling Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for coordinating calendars, appointments, and service schedules across multiple teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping complex schedules running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and weekly schedules for staff, clients, and leadership.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and service requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate promptly with team members and clients regarding schedule changes or updates.
- Track and confirm appointments using scheduling software and digital tools.
- Provide reports on schedule performance, attendance, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with management to anticipate staffing and scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay range: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Standard Monday–Friday business hours, with flexibility to adjust as schedules demand
