Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy focused on payer partnerships, provider relationships, and enterprise growth
- Own product marketing, refining the offering and go-to-market strategy
- Build compelling narratives and materials to support commercial and partnership efforts
- Collaborate with leadership on sales enablement, thought leadership, brand storytelling, and communications
- Drive PR, events, and initiatives to grow awareness and trust
- Create scalable marketing programs to enhance brand presence in the digital health space
- Manage future agency and marketing partner relationships
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, or related fields
- Proven success engaging payers, health insurers, or health systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience with sales collateral, messaging, and content strategy
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Boston-based or open to relocation; familiarity with local healthcare and payer ecosystem preferred
- Experience in growth marketing or patient engagement strategy a plus
