We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Digital Phone Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers through digital phone channels, ensuring a positive experience while resolving inquiries and issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via digital phone channels, ensuring high-quality service and resolution.- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, services, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
The pay range for this role is:
27 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Clarksburg, West Virginia, US))
