We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Digital Phone Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers through digital phone channels, ensuring a positive experience while resolving inquiries and issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via digital phone channels, ensuring high-quality service and resolution.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, services, and industry trends.
Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a digital environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

The pay range for this role is:
27 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Clarksburg, West Virginia, US))
