Multi-Billion Dollar International medical / pharmaceutical company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies for an advanced group of medical products utilizing cutting edge digital technologies (IoT, SMS, mobile tools, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Entire Business unit for our state of the art medical and pharmaceutical products
Development and implementation of digital tools (mobile apps, SMS etc.)
Heavy involvement in Strategic Planning, market analysis to penetrate new and grow current medical and pharmaceutical companies
Oversee the design and implementation of digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, SMS reminders, telehealth solutions) to support adherence
Work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical partners to integrate adherence strategies into care models.
Creation of effective partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, medical products retail leaders to generate new revenue streams for multiple patient compliance product lines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of in patient adherence, healthcare operations, digital health, or related fields.
Strong understanding of patient behavior, healthcare technology, and compliance frameworks.
Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or pharmaceutical companies.
Familiarity with digital health tools, AI-driven patient engagement, and telehealth solutions.
