We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual with clinical operations experience to join RVO Health. In the Vice President, Clinical Operations role, you will lead the operations of our direct-to-consumer care delivery model. Your focus will be to operationalize tech-enabled, digital-first, care delivery, working alongside internal and external clinicians, product and business teams. Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside clinicians, product, data/engineer, and business leads to operationalize a hybrid care delivery model and reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
- Provide perspective on the appropriate technology solutions for care delivery, compliance, documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure appropriate integration of 1st and 3rd party tech solutions in the care delivery model.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical support processes and resources.
- Work with data to ensure quality and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clinical operations inquiries across RVO and partner clinical leadership, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the development of materials and resources that support clinical programming.
What We’re Looking For
- MHA, MBA, and clinical credentials such as PA/NP preferred.
- Consumer digital health product experience preferred; clinical operations experience in digital health and/or hybrid models.
- 7+ years of clinical operations, program management, care delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics concepts and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within consumer-facing digital health, health-tech and/or B2B digital health organizations with familiarity of healthcare data analytics platforms or tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and requirements.
- Experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles.
- Previous experience in managing an operations team of diverse functions such as clinicians and product managers.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $187,500 - $215,000 (plus stock options, bonus or commission potential )
