Senior Full Stack Developer – Onboarding Focus
Location: Remote/Austin
Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Head of Application Team
Our Story 💡
At Titan Intake, we are united by a mission our founders experienced firsthand: the complexity and chaos of referral and intake workflows in healthcare. Whether as patients, operators, physicians, or technologists, we’ve lived the pain of broken access and inefficient coordination.
What began as a purpose-built referral automation product has evolved into a full-stack AI-native SaaS platform designed to streamline patient access across health systems of all sizes. From independent surgical specialists to enterprise-scale networks, our goal is to help the helpers: enabling access teams to move faster, reduce delays, and deliver better care.
Titan is a mission-driven, AI-native SaaS company building the next generation of enterprise patient intake and document management solutions for healthcare. Our platform is cloud-native and LLM-first, leveraging the latest in AI to automate and streamline patient workflows.
Today, we’re scaling fast—with deeply held values, a clear vision, and an expanding customer base. To support that growth, we’re hiring a foundational Senior Full Stack Developer to architect our product-led onboarding AI-first processes for scale.
