Salary: $42,000–$65,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
Base Salary: $3,330/month + Performance-Based Commissions

We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and client-focused Health Insurance Sales Manager (HSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a seasoned financial advisor to help individuals and families secure the health insurance coverage they need to support long-term retirement success.
About the Role:
As our Health Insurance Sales Manager, you’ll do more than sell policies — you’ll become a critical part of our mission to deliver personalized, holistic retirement planning. You’ll assist in identifying the best health coverage solutions for our clients — whether Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Supplements, or ACA marketplace plans — and guide them with confidence and care.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess health insurance needs in coordination with their retirement goals
- Present and recommend appropriate Medicare, ACA, and supplemental health products
- Stay current on Medicare, Pennie (PA’s marketplace), and carrier updates
- Manage application processing, follow-ups, and ongoing client service
- Support the lead financial advisor in implementing retirement strategies with integrated health coverage solutions
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Active Health Insurance License (PA) – REQUIRED
- AHIP Certified – REQUIRED
- Willing to become Pennie Certified (Marketplace) – REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of health insurance sales or Medicare experience
- Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with professional integrity and team-first mindset
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems is a plus
Compensation & Perks:
- $42,000 guaranteed base salary annually
- Uncapped commissions on Medicare and health insurance sales
- Average earnings: $55,000–$65,000+ per year
