Our client, a leading private equity and investment firm, is seeking an Workforce Planning Consultant to support their Legal and Compliance team in New York. Job Function:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Answer calls and serve as a professional gatekeeper.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports and track reimbursements.
Greet and register guests, and book conference rooms for meetings.
Process invoices through Coupa with accurate expense coding.
Maintain organized digital files and assist with special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
4 - 10 years of experience in Workforce Planning, specifically focused on Headcount Management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Experience with Anaplan is required.
Experience with SAP Concur is preferred.
Familiarity with Coupa is a plus.
