Job Description
A hospital system in NYC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an AI-driven software platform aimed at transforming clinical and operational workflows. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and the AI software vendor to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment. Some of the responsibilities include:
Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI software solutions, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and timelines.
Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies for cross-functional development teams.
Use Case Development: Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and technical teams to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases.
Team Management: Coordinate efforts across internal IT staff, external vendors, and software developers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and milestones across departments.
Lessons Learned: Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture insights, best practices, and areas for improvement.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.

Skills And Requirements
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or health IT.
Proven experience managing agile software development projects.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare settings is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.
Bachelors Degree null
