Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven Senior Portfolio Director to lead the development and modernization of a digital health product portfolio focused on the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) market. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams in defining product vision, aligning with clinical and regulatory needs, and delivering solutions that drive measurable outcomes for aging populations and their care providers. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT, eldercare models, and portfolio-level strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a cohesive portfolio strategy aligned with PACE care models, CMS regulations, and value-based care principles.
- Product Lifecycle Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of products—from ideation to sunset—ensuring usability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Modernization & Innovation: Lead modernization efforts to evolve legacy products by integrating emerging technologies, enhancing scalability, and improving interoperability.
- Customer Discovery: Translate insights from providers, caregivers, and older adult populations into thoughtful product design and development strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and landscape analysis to guide roadmap decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, compliance, clinical, and executive stakeholders to ensure effective execution and go-to-market success.
- Outcome Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio, including adoption, user satisfaction, clinical impact, and return on investment.
