You'll be promoting a telehealth-first sleep care service that’s eliminating the old-school, clunky sleep lab experience and replacing it with convenient, home-based solutions.
This is a field-based role where you'll work directly with healthcare providers—building partnerships, running educational sessions, and driving referrals across your assigned territory. What You’ll Do:
- Drive referrals from physicians, specialists, and clinics to our digital sleep care service
- Run lunch & learns and educational sessions to raise awareness
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers
- Track and report referral activity using CRM tools
- Share insights from the field to help shape marketing and growth strategies
- Make a real impact on healthcare access and patient outcomes
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in healthcare sales, provider relations, and building partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or similar
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of provider referral processes and workflows
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools
- A passion for healthcare access, tech, and patient-first solutions

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase product features and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and best practices.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales performance, managing accounts, and reporting on key metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales or B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
- Experience conducting product demos and presentations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in business development is a plus.
