Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Clinic and Telemedicine to lead our clinical operations and virtual care platform. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of traditional healthcare with digital innovations, optimizing patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Operations:
Develop and implement strategies to integrate in-person clinical care with telemedicine services.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and telemedicine platform, ensuring efficiency and quality of care.
Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for both physical and virtual healthcare delivery.
Drive regulatory compliance and accreditation processes for telehealth and clinical operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize workflows to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Business Development & Growth:
Identify growth opportunities for expanding clinic services and telemedicine outreach.
Build partnerships with hospitals, insurance providers, and healthcare networks.
Drive patient acquisition strategies through innovative digital health solutions.
Develop revenue models and cost-effective strategies to scale operations.
Technology & Innovation:
Collaborate with IT and AI teams to enhance the telemedicine platform and digital health solutions.
Ensure the seamless integration of AI-driven diagnostics, patient monitoring, and virtual consultations.
Stay up to date with emerging healthcare technologies and trends to keep our services competitive.
Clinical & Medical Oversight:
Ensure high standards of medical care across all service offerings.
Hire, train, and manage healthcare professionals for both in-person and virtual care.
Implement telehealth protocols to maintain quality, patient safety, and privacy.
Address clinical challenges and optimize patient care pathways.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD/DO) preferred and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Business (MBA), or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, clinic management, or telemedicine.
Strong understanding of telehealth regulations, healthcare compliance, and digital health innovations.
Experience with AI-driven healthcare technologies is a plus.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
