Responsibilities
- Guide clients in exploring their insurance alternatives and understanding coverage details.
- Execute data entry tasks with precision to keep client records current.
- Engage with clients via phone and email, showcasing excellent communication etiquette.
- Evaluate client requirements to suggest the most suitable insurance products.
- Incorporate medical terminology when discussing health-related policies.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Maintain well-organized documentation and digital records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual is a plus!
- Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data and offer clear, concise recommendations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities.
