About medAllymedAlly is an innovative healthcare SaaS startup, revolutionizing how physicians manage patient encounters. Our AI-powered platform transcribes patient interactions, generates clinical notes, and provides evidence-based diagnostics, helping doctors improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
We are in pre-launch and looking for a strategic and growth-driven CMO to build and scale our marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand, demand generation, and GTM strategy for a disruptive healthcare AI platform.
What Youβll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive product adoption.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (growth, content, demand gen).
- Own branding, positioning, and messaging to differentiate medAlly in the AI-healthcare space.
- Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive customer acquisition (B2B & B2C) through inbound/outbound marketing.
- Develop multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, content, email, social, influencer partnerships, webinars, events).
- Build lead-generation systems to support sales & partnerships.
- Revenue & Performance Marketing
- Define and track key KPIs (CAC, LTV, MQLs, conversion rates, retention, ARR growth).
- Lead customer engagement, retention, and referral programs to scale SaaS adoption.
- Optimize paid advertising and organic growth for maximum ROI.
- Product & Market Expansion
- Develop competitive market positioning and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with product & sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with customer needs.
- Drive strategic partnerships to enhance reach and credibility.
What Weβre Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)β
5+ years in SaaS marketing leadership (preferably in HealthTech, AI, or B2B SaaS).

Proven experience building and scaling marketing from early-stage to growth.

Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and demand gen.
β
Strong background in GTM strategies, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
β
Experience with SEO, content marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools.
β
Data-driven mindset with knowledge of CAC, LTV, churn, and ARR growth strategies.
β
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with hands-on execution.
β
Passion for AI in healthcare and the future of digital health.
π° Compensation & Benefitsπ΅ Base Salary: $130K β $180K (based on experience)
π Equity: 1.5% β 3% (vesting over 4 years, 1-year cliff)
