Job Title: Director, Sales & Business Development
Basic Function: Maintain optimal account sales coverage to assigned accounts.
Reporting Relationships: Reporting to SVP of Sales
Principal Responsibilities and Activities:
Employee in this position will be responsible for and/or perform the following tasks:
1) Account Management
a) Build and maintain target accounts proactively with required travel.
b) Seek new, competitive customers/vendors and other opportunities for the company in general.
2) Transaction management
a) Purchases of product for existing and projected customer orders within estimated gross profit levels.
b) Negotiate Sales, exchanges and leasing of product at targeted gross profit levels.
c) Maintain superior communications with account and appropriate staff throughout the transaction process including EPR/TEAMs entries and systematic touch points with all targeted accounts.
3) Information Management
a) Maintain and communicate to product areas appropriate market knowledge (customer trends, repair innovation, pricing trends, competitive evaluations) for targeted products.
b) Provide information on new product and service ideas.
c) Forecasting and budgeting.
4) Other
a) Other responsibilities may be added from time to time.

AeroDirect seeks a candidate with a general experience regarding our products and has demonstrated sales success with an established customer base.
The candidate should be/have excellent communication skills, organized, a team player, a can-do attitude, task oriented, coachable, adaptable, professional, and punctual, a self-starter and requires little supervision.
Remote office work with occasional travel to headquarters is acceptable. A college degree or commensurate experience and a good working knowledge with Microsoft Office necessary.
