Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executives' schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with day-to-day operations and office tasks
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
