As an Administrative Assistant at Nexmos Design, you will be a key part of our team, handling a variety of office management tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, assisting with administrative support, and contributing to team success by staying organized and maintaining positive working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office schedules and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functional
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events
- Handle filing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping
- Support other administrative functions as required by the team
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
