KEITH is looking for a Project Control Specialist to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. What you'll do:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including preparing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and forms
- Review financial documentation, including purchase orders and invoices, to ensure accuracy, perform internal checks and balances, and provide documentation for audit purposes
- Follow up on special assignments, projects, and related tasks to ensure timely completion by established deadlines
- Prepare documents and agendas for project meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients, partners, personnel, and research matters
- Provide operational and administrative support to various teams and units as needed
- Utilize project management information systems (PMIS) to track and manage project progress effectively
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project controls or a related role within Engineering, Construction, or a similar industry
- Proficiency with project management software
- Experience with cost control and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
